Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • Return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Due to the nature of our products, the following items are NOT eligible for return or refund:

  • Player Version Jerseys (slim fit, performance-grade)

  • Retro Version Jerseys

  • Customized jerseys (name, number, or patches added)

  • Items bought on sale or promotion

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or washing

Only Fan Version Jerseys are eligible for return if they meet the conditions above.

2. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive:

  • A defective item

  • A wrong size or wrong product

  • An item damaged in transit

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer:

  • A replacement OR

  • A refund (depending on availability)

3. Return Process

To start a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and photos (if applicable)

  2. Wait for return approval

  3. Ship the item back to the provided return address

 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the mistake was ours.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days

  • Refunds will be sent to the original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

5. Sizing Issues

Please check the size chart carefully before ordering.

We do not accept returns or refunds for sizing errors if:

  • The correct size was sent

  • The size chart was provided clearly

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this time, the order is processed and cannot be canceled
